Region’s Home Sales Climb in First Six Months of 2010
Sales of all single-family detached homes in Northern Colorado were up throughout the region for the first half of 2010, according to data compiled by Loveland-based Information and Real Estate Services. Fort Collins reported the highest increase for the period, with 243 more homes sold in 2010 than in 2009.
